  • No sooner than thirty (30) days prior to the wedding date, please arrange for an appointment to obtain the actual Marriage License. Call (808) 931-8349 for your appointment.

  • Both Bride and Groom must appear together for the appointment located at:

    Sheraton Waikiki
    Manor Wing Room 3217
    Open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
    Located on the main level at the end of hallway left side
    Appointments are strongly recommended
    Please call (808) 931-8349 for an appointment

  • Must present Marriage License Application at time of appointment

  • 18 years of age or younger will need a birth certificate

  • Must apply online at the Dept of Health website emrs.ehawaii.gov and pay the online $65 fee prior to appointment. No money transactions are handled at the office

  • Photo Identification for both Bride and Groom is required
