The use of the Internet by visitors traveling to Hawaii on vacation or for business continues to grow. The Sheraton Waikiki offers access to the internet via the following methods:
Guest Rooms
High Speed Wireless Internet Access is in all the guest rooms at the Sheraton Waikiki. Prices are as follows (subject to change without notice):
- Daily Internet (256 Kbps) $14.00 (effective August 15, 2010: this plan is included in the Resort Charge for new bookings)
- Daily Convention Internet Gold (1 Mbps) $25.00
- Daily Convention Internet Platinum (3 Mbps) $50.00
- (All prices include tax.)
Guests can charge to their rooms or to their credit cards. Access is offered via a wired solution in the room or wireless service if data signal can be found.
Lobby
Wireless Access is available to our guests who have purchases it from our guest rooms or via credit card. We are able to offer roaming services whereby if a guest at the Moana Surfrider purchases High Speed Internet Access in his/her guest room, they will be able to "roam" wirelessly and use our signal at the Sheraton Waikiki, Royal Hawaiian, Moana Surfrider and Princess Ka'iulani, providing they are able to acquire it. The general public is also able to purchase High Speed Internet Access from these wireless access points based on the same rate plans via credit card.

Sheraton Waikiki has opened Link @ Sheraton Waikiki, a multi-media communications and social networking hub. The first of its kind in a resort environment, Link @ Sheraton Waikiki combines the functionality of a business center with fun activities of an entertainment center to provide its guests with a place to connect with each other and their friends and families back home.
Link @ Sheraton Waikiki is open 24 hours a day so guests can keep in touch with anyone, near and far. Registered guests can use any of seven computer terminals with free Internet access and guests with laptops can access the web through Wi-Fi.
XEROX Business Center: Located on the Diamond Head end of the 2nd Floor of the Convention Ballrooms. 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday. This service allows users to access computers with high-speed internet service. Fees of $20.00 per hour or .35 (cents) per minute will apply; a minimum 15-minute session is required and prices are subject to change.
