Sheraton Waikiki offers more that 45,000 square feet of meeting space. The Hawaii Ballroom is the largest ballroom on Oahu and has a complete sound system, removable carpets, and portable stages, which can accommodate 3,000 for receptions, 3,700 for theater-style seating, and 3,400 for banquets. It also divides into four separate soundproof rooms, each providing theater-style seating for up to 900 and banquet seating for 600. The 4,000-square-foot ballroom lobby area can be used for receptions, exhibits, hospitality services and other functions. The bus-loading pavilion also can be converted into an exhibit pavilion. Along the perimeter of the convention floor are 15 individual conference rooms that provide meeting space for groups of 10 to 250. The Honolulu Suite, made up of four function rooms, is a mini-ballroom that can accommodate receptions up to 500 people.
For outdoor functions, Sheraton Waikiki's oceanfront Diamond Head Lawn provides a 17,000-square-foot lawn, for your customized theme party. This is a quintessential Hawaii experience complete with a stage area and ceremonial imu (underground oven) for a luau.
At Sheraton Waikiki, group functions can be transformed into a themed event such as, "It's a Jungle Out There", "Streets of Hawaii", and "Historical Tour with King David Kalakaua".

Ainahau Showroom at the Princess Kaiulani is home of Creations: A Polynesian Journey. The showroom is available during the day until 3:00 p.m. and features 14,000 square feet of function space. It accommodates up to 950 for a reception and 500 for a banquet. Meeting participants at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani can roll the dice or rock around the clock with a variety of theme parties including "Casino Night", and "Blue Hawaii".
The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort, affectionately known as "The First Lady of Waikiki", has 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space that can accommodate small to midsize groups. The 4340-square-foot ballroom, divisible into two separate meeting rooms, can accommodate 275 for theater-style seating and 220 for banquets. If divided, each room offers banquet seating of 100 and theater-style seating for 130.
For intimate receptions for up to 50 persons or board meetings and small conferences, The Roof Garden and Diamond Head Suite offer privacy and breathtaking views.
The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort, can transform any event into a fun-filled extravaganza such as "Night in Monte Carlo", "Endless Summer Beach Barbecue", "Fabulous 50s", "The Great Gatsby", and "Under the Sea Adventure".
The Royal Hawaiian or "Pink Palace of the Pacific" lends an air of elegance to any meeting or social function. The Regency Room seats 220 for banquets and 400 for meetings. Folding partitions divide the room into three separate areas (the Mauka, Center, and Makai rooms), each seating 80 to 100 theater-style and 60 to 70 banquets.
The regal Monarch Room, accommodating 800 for receptions and 350 for banquets, may be reserved for private showings, or breakfast and lunch functions. When the adjoining lanai is utilized, the room capacity increases to 1,000 for meal functions. With an ambiance steeped in history and romance, functions in the Monarch Room are an unforgettable affair.
With a private ocean terrace, The Lurline Room is ideal for intimate gatherings. The room accommodates 30 seated and 60 for cocktails. An oasis in Waikiki, The Coconut Grove at The Royal Hawaiian is a meeting venue like no other. In the shadow of the "Pink Palace of the Pacific" and coconut trees, The Coconut Grove seats 2,000 for banquets amidst a tranquil, lush garden setting. The Ocean Lawn, with Waikiki beach just steps away, seats 1,020 when combined with the Monarch Room.
At Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki, there's an array of entertainment for groups of all types. The Moana Surfrider's Banyan Court entertainment program showcases the island's most talented performers and music from the 1930's to '70's, emphasizing the beauty of the steel guitar and traditional hula styling that are reminiscent of "Hawaii Calls".

The four Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki have taken great care to preserve the history and culture of complimentary historical walking tours for those interested in taking a step back in tiome. Visitors can also take an odyssey through the South Pacific's beginnings with the Creations- A Poynesian Journey dinner show in the Ainahau Showroom of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Taking tea at the Banyan Veranda was a Waikiki tradition in the early 1900's and the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort, honors tradition today with the finest international and locally produced teas the market provides accompanied by an elegant selection of finger sandwiches and continental pastries. And the most celebrated of all Hawaiian traditions, the luau, is offered oceanfront at The Royal Hawaiian.
